The visual and tactile elements of handwoven fabric excite my senses. The inherent mathematical aspects of the woven structure appeal to my mind.  Designing and weaving are immensely satisfying as I meld the textures and colors of nature with the structure and mathematics of the woven fabric and display it on the human body.
